Section 72-B:16 Administration and Enforcement Fee. - New Hampshire Statutes

There shall be an administration and enforcement fee of $100 for each original notice of intent to excavate filed with the department. Such fee shall accompany the original intent to excavate and shall be deposited into a revolving fund within the department to be used by the department for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and for the education of municipal officials regarding the chapter. It also may be used to educate state personnel responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
