Section 126-J:5 Report. - New Hampshire Statutes

The council shall report annually on or before November 1 to the governor and the general court regarding the progress being made to provide services and support to children and adolescents with chronic health conditions and their families in regular educational and medical environments allowing them to remain in or near their own homes and communities.
