Section 145:4 Closing Premises; Suspension of License. - New Hampshire Statutes

In case any such warehouse, or any part thereof, shall be deemed by the department of health and human services to be conducted in an unsanitary manner it shall be the duty of the department to close such warehouse or part thereof until it shall be put in a sanitary condition, and the department shall have the power also to suspend the license in case the required changes are not made within a reasonable time.
