Section 151-F:8 Actions Against Receiver; Liability. - New Hampshire Statutes

   No person shall bring an action against a receiver appointed under RSA 151-F:3 without first securing leave of court. The receiver shall be liable in his or her personal capacity for gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing. In all other cases, the receiver shall be liable in his or her official capacity only, and any judgment rendered shall be satisfied out of the receivership assets.
