Section 151:36 Hospital Fee. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any hospital required to report infections pursuant to this subdivision shall include, in its reports to the department, its inpatient census. The department shall assess a fee upon each hospital required to report under this subdivision based upon the percentage of the hospital's inpatient census, which fee shall be used to fund the requirements of this subdivision. The department shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to a payment schedule and a rate adequate to fund the requirements of this subdivision for each fiscal year. For the purposes of this section, ""inpatient census'' means the average number of inpatients per year for each hospital.
