NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 161-L:7 Annual Report Required.
The commissioner shall make an annual report beginning January 1, 2009 relative to the enrollment and financial status of the program, including any recommendations for legislation, to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the governor.
