Section 168-B:31 Rulemaking. - New Hampshire Statutes

The department of health and human services shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, to carry out its duties under RSA 168-B:10, 168-B:12-14, and 168-B:16, and 168-B:26. Until such time as the department of health and human services adopts rules pursuant to this section, medical evaluations and procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of guidelines published by the American Fertility Society.
