Section 179:21 Employment Prohibited. - New Hampshire Statutes

No elected state official, member of the liquor commission, or employee of the liquor commission responsible for making recommendations to the commission relative to the purchase of liquor, wine, or beer shall hold a liquor or wine representative license for a period of 1 year from the date that such person leaves office or terminates such employment.
