Section 184:104 Penalty. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subdivision or any regulations promulgated hereunder or whoever sells, offers for sale, or has in his possession with intent to sell any milk or milk products which fail to conform to the standard of identity established by regulations of the board as provided in RSA 184:103 shall upon conviction for the first offense be guilty of a violation, for the second offense be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person, and for the third and subsequent offenses any person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
