Section 184:50 Broken Packages. - New Hampshire Statutes

When any such substance or compound is sold in less quantities than the original packages contain, the seller shall deliver to the purchaser with it a label bearing the words indicating its character as above, in like letters; provided, that nothing in this subdivision shall be construed to prohibit the manufacture and sale of oleomargarine in separate and distinct form, and in such manner as will advise the consumer of its real character.
