Section 184:60-b Rules and Regulations; Fees. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner may make rules and regulations governing the application for and the granting of permits under the provisions of RSA 184:60-a. The fee for each such permit shall be $5. Permits issued shall expire as of August 1 each year, and may be renewed upon payment of the annual fee. A permit may be revoked by the commissioner if after due notice the owner of the permit fails or has failed to comply with the law or the rules and regulations under which the permit was granted.
