Section 184:74 Inspection of Returns; Changes. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner or his deputy may examine the records of the purchasers of milk and cream to ascertain whether correct returns are being made to the producers and, in case they are unsatisfactory, shall recommend a more suitable form of statement. If, within 60 days, such receiving station does not comply with said recommendation, the owner, operator or manager, or any officer thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 nor less than $25.
