Section 184:98 Enforcement. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner shall order the technical secretary to enforce the provisions of this subdivision, provided, however, that the said commissioner, in his discretion may for the purpose of enforcing this subdivision, accept the milk inspection of the milk inspecting department of any city or town of any milk producer located in such city or town or of any producer, regardless of where located, who furnishes milk or milk products to a milk plant or milk distributor located within such city or town.
