Section 427:1-a Applicability. - New Hampshire Statutes

The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply or be in effect unless and until such time as the Food Safety and Inspection Service Division of the United States Department of Agriculture withdraws its meat inspection program from the state or unless and until such time as such agency allows the interstate sale of meat under the provisions of RSA 427:1 through RSA 427:37.
