Section 427:50 Disabled or Dead Animals. - New Hampshire Statutes

Animals found to be so far diseased or so badly injured as to be unable to stand, and the carcasses of any which may die or are killed because of disease or injuries, may be removed from the car, reshipped or otherwise disposed of in accordance with rules of the department of health and human services.
