NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 434:10 Sales.
No person shall offer for sale any anthracite coal or coke which does not comply with the standards fixed in accordance with RSA 434:9 without first notifying the purchaser of the character and quality of the coal or coke sold or offered for sale, and that the same does not comply with such standards.
