Section 434:24 Special Closed Packages. - New Hampshire Statutes

Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 434:23, the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may, by authorization of the agricultural advisory board and after public hearing, adopt rules as to the information to be marked on packages of apples enclosed in sealed bags or containers made of transparent material.
