Section 434:43 Power of Attorney as Condition. - New Hampshire Statutes

All residents giving bond, as provided under RSA 434:45, and all nonresidents shall, prior to receiving such a license, file with the secretary of state a power of attorney, appointing the secretary the applicant's agent for receiving service of process, returnable to any court within this state; and shall also file a copy of such power of attorney with the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food.
