Section 434:46 Additional Security. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may require such licensee to furnish detailed statements of the business transacted by such licensee; and may require the licensee to furnish further bond whenever in the opinion of the commissioner it becomes necessary for the protection of resident creditors of such licensee.
