Section 434:47 Selling Realty. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any licensee whom the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food has accredited with security consisting of real estate shall, before conveying or incumbering said real estate, notify the commissioner and shall comply with such order as to furnishing bond in lieu of such real estate as he may make before selling or incumbering said realty.
