Section 434:54 Suspension of License. - New Hampshire Statutes

Upon breach of the condition of a bond, mortgage or other security, as provided in RSA 434:52 or failure to comply with the provisions of RSA 434:41 relative to furnishing satisfactory evidence of payments for purchases of milk or cream, the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may suspend the license of such licensee for such time as he may deem necessary.
