Section 436:49 Pasteurization of Milk from Herds Adopting Alternate Plan. - New Hampshire Statutes

Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, milk from such herds that adopt this alternate plan, including milk from such reactors, may be sold to consumers, but only after being pasteurized.
