Section 188-D:8-a Rulemaking Authority. - New Hampshire Statutes

The executive director, in consultation with the postsecondary education commission, shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to:
   I. Licensing of private postsecondary career schools in New Hampshire.
   II. Procedures and standards for the evaluation and classification of educational institutions.
   III. Procedures and standards for authorization to grant specific degrees under RSA 292:8-h.
   IV. Administration of the granite state scholars program as established in RSA 188-D:36.
   V. Criteria and standards for the evaluation and approval of nonpublic educational institutions.
   VI. The establishment and collection of fees for direct and indirect costs associated with in-state and out-of-state visits, reviews, and requests from institutions related to the degree-granting authority of the postsecondary education commission.
