Section 188-D:9-a Duties Regarding Postgraduate Educational Opportunities. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commission is specifically authorized, as may be directed by the governor and the legislative fiscal committee, to enter into contracts with institutions of higher education in other states for the provision of educational opportunities in such postgraduate fields as may be deemed essential and necessary to the state under the declaration of purpose of this chapter.
