Section 188-F:25 Agency Attached. - New Hampshire Statutes

The police standards and training council is an executive branch council and is not a body corporate and politic. The police standards and training council shall be administratively attached to the community college system of New Hampshire subject to the provisions prescribed by RSA 21-G:10. The police standards and training council and the director and employees hired by the director performing the functions required by RSA 188-F:22 through RSA 188-F:32-d shall be subject to RSA 7:8, RSA 541-B, and RSA 99-D, and shall be subject to attorney general review of contracts subject to governor and council review.
