Section 197:24-a Deputy Treasurer. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any school district may, under an article in the warrant for the annual meeting, vote to authorize the treasurer, with the approval of the school board, to appoint a deputy treasurer. The deputy shall be sworn, shall have the powers of the treasurer, may be removed at the pleasure of the treasurer and shall, before entering upon the duties of such office, give bond as provided in RSA 197:22.
