Section 201-A:3 State Library Advisory Council; Membership. - New Hampshire Statutes

The state library advisory council shall consist of 19 members. Three public members shall be appointed by the governor and council, no more than 2 of whom shall be of the same political party. One member shall be appointed by the state board of education. Six members shall be appointed by the state librarian. Nine members shall be appointed as follows:
   I. Five appointed by the New Hampshire Library Association who shall broadly represent public, academic, and special libraries.
   II. Two appointed by the New Hampshire Educational Media Association to represent school libraries.
   III. One appointed by the New Hampshire Library Trustees Association.
   IV. One appointed by the Association of New Hampshire Library Friends.
