Section 201-A:4 Tenure. - New Hampshire Statutes

The terms of office of advisory council members shall be renewable 3-year staggered terms and until successors are appointed and qualified. In case of a vacancy other than by the expiration of the term, the appointment of a successor shall be made by the appointing authority for the balance of the term. No appointive member shall be appointed to serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
