Section 228:73 Statutes Not Applicable. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any regular route passenger transportation operation conducted directly by the department or by contract with the department shall not be subject to the requirements of RSA 376, provided, however, that such operations shall be subject to all safety and insurance standards as set forth by the department for similar operations.
