NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 234:24 Inspection and Report.
As a further prerequisite to application for state bridge aid funds an inspection and report shall be made by, or under the supervision of, a registered professional engineer experienced in bridge design and acceptable to the commissioner of transportation.
