Section 259:26 Drivers' School. - New Hampshire Statutes

""Drivers' school'' shall mean the business of giving instruction, for compensation, in the driving of motor vehicles and motorcycles. ""Drivers' school'' shall not include a business or other person giving advanced instruction, with or without compensation, when the instruction is not intended to meet the requirements of basic driver training under RSA 263:44 through RSA 263:51 and the instruction is given only to licensed drivers.
