Section 259:38-b Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or GVWR.
""Gross vehicle weight rating'' or ""GVWR'' shall, for the purposes of the commercial driver licensing statutes, mean the value specified by the manufacturer as the maximum loaded weight of a single vehicle or registered gross weight rating, whichever is greater.
