Section 262:16-a Seizure of Unauthorized Documents and Plates. - New Hampshire Statutes

The director and such employees of the department, and peace officers as he shall designate, are hereby authorized to take possession of any certificate of title, registration or license issued by this or any other state, which has been revoked, cancelled, or suspended, or which is fictitious, stolen or altered.
