NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 263:8 Examiners Not Liable.
Examiners of drivers in the employ of the department, when engaged in their official duties, shall not be liable for the acts of any person who is being examined and shall be afforded the protection of RSA 99-D.
