Section 279:22 Special Authorization in Certain Cases. - New Hampshire Statutes

Upon application by an employer, in the form and manner established by the commissioner, a person whose earning capacity the commissioner finds is impaired by age or by physical or mental deficiency may be employed at a sub-minimum wage rate established by regulations issued by the commissioner.
