NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 281-A:51 Preferences of Claims for Compensation.
All rights of compensation granted by the provisions of this chapter shall have the same preference or priority against the assets of the employer as is allowed by law for a claim by an employee against an employer for unpaid wages.
