Section 284:16-c License Restricted. - New Hampshire Statutes

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the greyhound racing commission shall not issue a license pursuant to RSA 284:16-a to any applicant if the place where the races or race meets are to be held is within a radius of 40 miles of the place where such races or race meets have already been licensed pursuant to RSA 284:16-a.
