Section 305-A:3 Noncompliance; Penalty. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any foreign partnership which refuses to comply with the requirements of this chapter may be restrained from further prosecution of business in this state by proceedings in equity brought by the attorney general in the county of Merrimack and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
