NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 310-A:117 Real Estate Broker or Appraiser Credentials Not Necessary.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, foresters licensed under this subdivision shall not be required to be licensed, certified, or registered under RSA 331-A or as real estate appraisers.
