Section 310-A:5-a Notice of Rulemaking Proceedings. - New Hampshire Statutes

The board shall solicit from each license holder, at the time of application or renewal, whether the license holder wishes to be categorized as an interested party for the purpose of RSA 541-A:6, III. The board is authorized to assess license holders who ask to be counted as interested parties a nominal fee, not to exceed the increased costs of this section.
