Section 318:47 Keeping and Inspection of Record. - New Hampshire Statutes

The record required by RSA 318:46 shall show in parallel columns the date of sale, name of article sold, quantity of article sold, purpose for which it is to be used, the name or initials of the dispenser with the signature and address of the purchaser, and shall at all times during business hours be open for inspection by any police officer, sheriff, city or town representative, or any representative of the board; and shall be preserved for a period of not less than 2 years from the date of the last entry made therein.
