Section 320:9 Term; Transfer. - New Hampshire Statutes

All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall bear the date on which they are issued and shall continue in force, subject to the provisions of RSA 320:8, III, unless revoked by the secretary of state under RSA 320:14. Any hawker or peddler who does not comply with the requirements for license renewal under RSA 320:8, III shall be subject to the same penalty as if he had no license. Said licenses may not be transferred.
