Section 323:8 Suit on Dealer's Bond. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any property owner whose property has been rodded under the provisions of this chapter may bring suit within one year from the date of the completion of said installation in the name of the commissioner of safety upon the bond herein provided, and have the same procedure and remedies thereon, as in the case of bonds of county officers.
