Section 323:9 Service of Process on Commissioner of Safety. - New Hampshire Statutes

Whenever legal process against such dealer is served upon the commissioner of safety, he shall make memoranda of the fact in a book provided for the purpose and upon the paper served, and shall forthwith notify the dealer thereof by letter addressed to him at his principal office in this country; and, on the following day, he shall forward the paper served upon him to the dealer.
