Section 325:6 Compensation. - New Hampshire Statutes

The members of the board shall receive the sum of $50 per day while actually engaged upon the business of the board and shall be reimbursed for necessary traveling expenses incident to attendance upon the business of the board; provided that said compensation and expense shall be a charge upon the fund herein constituted and further provided that, in case said fund shall be insufficient to pay said compensation and expenses, the members of said board shall have no claim upon the state for said compensation.
