Section 327:13-a Reinstatement. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any person who has voluntarily surrendered a license, has allowed a license to expire, or whose license has been revoked by the board, may request reinstatement of the license by filing an application with the board. The board pursuant to RSA 541-A shall establish criteria in rules adopted by the board for reinstatement which include reasonable professional character and competence requirements.
