Section 329-A:5 Organization and Meetings. - New Hampshire Statutes

The board shall hold at least 4 regular meetings each year, and special meetings may be held at such times as the business of the board may require. Notice of all meetings shall be given in such manner as the rules of the board may provide. The board shall annually elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from among its members. A quorum of the board shall consist of not less than 3 members, at least one of whom shall be a public member.
