Section 329-A:7 Examinations; Licenses and Certificates. - New Hampshire Statutes

The board shall establish through rulemaking, pursuant to RSA 541-A, the nature of proctored examinations required for issuance of master plumber licenses, journeyman plumber licenses, and certifications as a water treatment technician, respectively. The scope of such examinations and the methods of procedure shall be prescribed by the board, provided that the scope of examination of water treatment technicians shall be limited to the configuration and installation of water treatment systems and the provisions of this chapter and the rules adopted by the board that relate to water treatment systems.
