NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 331-A:24-a Notice of Rulemaking Proceeding.
Notwithstanding RSA 541-A:6, III, the notice of rulemaking proceedings shall be provided by U.S. mail by the commission to any person licensed under this chapter who pays a reasonable fee to the commission for the postage and preparation of such mailings. Such reasonable fee shall be set by the commission and adopted in its administrative rules under RSA 541-A.
