Section 374-A:2-a Municipal Purchase and Distribution of Electricity. - New Hampshire Statutes

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a municipality may enter into an agreement with another municipality in order to jointly purchase electrical service from a facility or provider. Any municipality which enters into such an agreement may distribute electricity to any municipality which is a party to the agreement.
